  • DOES AYOONI OFFER PRESCRIPTION LENSES?
    A: Yes, we have an option for coloured contacts with prescription for our Labella and Iconic lenses.
  • WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?
    We use a trackable service through DHL and Royalmail. Your tracking number is emailed to you upon the fulfilment of your order. If you have not received your order in the expected timeframe, you will need to contact DHL/Royailmail directly with your tracking number.
  • HOW LONG DO LABELLA CONTACT LENSES LAST?
    Labella Coloured Cosmetic Contact lenses and Prescription Coloured Contact Lenses can be worn up to 3 months with the correct care and maintenance.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
    We use Royalmail and DHL for our delivery service for both Standard and Express posts. For UK Coloured Contacts orders: Standard delivery: 3 - 5 business days. Express delivery: 1 - 2 business days. For Europe orders: Standard delivery: Can take up to 7 days. Express delivery: Takes 1 - 2 business days for LABELLA and ICONIC contact lenses. For other contact lenses, it would take 3 - 5 business days. For orders to the Middle East: Standard delivery: Can take up to 9 days. Express delivery: Takes 1 - 2 business days for LABELLA and ICONIC contact lenses. For other contact lenses, it would take 5 - 7 business days.

    Iconic Contact lenses and Prescription Coloured Contact Lenses can be worn up to 3 months with the correct care and maintenance.
