Delivery Information

We use Royalmail and DHL for our delivery service for both Standard and Express posts.

​

For UK orders:

Standard delivery: 3 - 5 business days.

Express delivery: 1 - 2 business days.

 

For Europe orders:

Standard shipping: can take up to 7 days.

Express shipping: Takes 1 - 2 business days for LABELLA and ICONIC contact lenses. For other contact lenses, it would take 3 - 5 business days.

 

For orders to the Middle East:

Standard shipping: This can take up to 9 days.

Express shipping: Takes 1 - 2 business days for LABELLA and ICONIC contact lenses. For other contact lenses, it would take 5 - 7 business days.

Return Information

Due to the nature of the products and for hygiene purposes, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for any purchased items. Therefore, we encourage you to double-check the details before placing an order.

However, if there are any discrepancies or faults in the lenses delivered, we will offer you an exchange at no extra charge or a refund will be provided.
