Delivery Information

We use both Royalmail and DHL  to handle our standard and express shipping services, ensuring reliable delivery for all orders.

For orders to Europe:

Standard shipping: 3- 5 business days.

Express shipping: 1 - 2 business days - Next day for orders placed before 12pm (excluding weekends).

For UK orders:

Standard delivery: 3 - 5 business days.

Express delivery: 1 - 2 business days - Next day for orders placed before 12pm (excluding weekends). 

 

For orders to the Middle East:

Standard shipping: 5-7 business days

Express shipping: Takes 1 - 2 business days 

Return Information

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for any purchased items. Therefore, we encourage you to double-check the details before placing an order.

However, if there are any discrepancies or faults in the lenses delivered, we will offer you an exchange at no extra charge or a refund will be provided.
